As Creative Director at 10XBeta, we were challenged to build a friendly robotic concierge for KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, embodying their brand promise of being the industry’s most attentive and caring airline. By looking deeply into journey of airport passengers, we were able to reimagine the experience of users. 

The result, a simple airport companion, eager and ready to help. Paired with the companion app, users can choose if they would like to follow Care-E to a desired point of interest such as shopping or dining, go directly to their gate, or have Care-E follow them around the airport.
